Individual Therapy

Specializing in ages 14–25

For those navigating the in-between — no longer who they were, not yet who they'll become.

Together, we work to understand how your story, body, and environment have shaped what you believe is possible. You'll learn to listen to your nervous system, name inherited patterns, and reconnect with the parts of you that know how to heal.

Approach: IFS, EMDR, ACT, DBT, EFT, Narrative Therapy, and Relational-Cultural frameworks — all grounded in a social-justice lens and the belief that healing is both personal and collective.

Couples Therapy

Specializing in generational healing, relational repair, and Gen Z couples finding their way before old patterns set in

For couples ready to understand the deeper stories shaping their love.

I draw from the work of Esther Perel, the Gottmans, and Narrative Therapy to explore communication, attachment, and emotional safety. Together, we examine how culture, family, and trauma shape connection — and practice new ways of relating rooted in honesty, curiosity, and compassion.

Approach: EFT, Relational-Cultural, and attachment-based frameworks woven with body awareness and narrative practice.

Supervision & Mentorship

For emerging clinicians and educators who want to do therapy differently

Therapy for the people means supervision for the people, too.

This space integrates critical theory, person-in-environment, and relational pedagogy. We look at how systems — capitalism, race, class, and gender — shape our ethics and practice. You'll learn to hold complexity without burning out, to lead with compassion, and to build a practice aligned with liberation, not perfectionism.

Approach: Relational-Cultural Supervision, Narrative and somatic integration, trauma-informed mentorship, and embodied critical reflection.
