Welcome to Healing and Hope Collective

I'm Cristina McEwen (she/they), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, educator, and therapist with two decades of experience walking with people through trauma, transition, and transformation. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, identity, neurodivergence, family dynamics, and the weight of systems that weren’t built for them. My approach is relational, anti-oppressive, and rooted in narrative, somatic, and parts-based healing.
